ALL DAE started with a mission of providing a foundational base and second home for young adults in which they can further develop their ambitions. As young adults, we noticed how there are less spaces in real life for young people to truly explore their passions, meet new people and feel at home at the same time. Up until October 2023 we used the creation of workspaces (salon, flexroom, music studio, photo studio, and lounge), and we still  use organisation of events, workshops and more - as a tool to realise our long-term goal. We want to motivate individuals to explore their passions, broaden their horizons, strengthen their social network skills and to come together in a unified way.   

Ultimately,  ALL DAE aims to be a fundamental part of the lives of young 

adults in Rotterdam and beyond, we want to hear the voices of our audience and listen to their wants and needs. We want to provide a supportive base for young adults where they can truly be themselves and discover their passions. We understand the importance of community and companionship, especially after the global pandemic we all have experienced. Therefore, ALL DAE wants to create a community that is all about inspiring and uplifting one another by collaborating with each other to all reach our dreams and goals.
